Messinia Variety (Kalamon)
The Messinia variety, also known as Kalamon, is one of the most popular olive varieties in Greece as it withstands all climate temperatures and produces excellent fruit. Its fruit has an asymmetrical shape and relatively increased weight, while harvesting takes place when its color has turned completely black.

Koroneiki Variety
The Koroneiki variety is a popular olive variety that produces excellent quality olive oil. This variety stands out for its large fruits, which produce olive oil with an intense fruity aroma and taste. It requires minimal care and can withstand low temperatures.

Amfissa Variety (Chondrolia)
The Amfissa variety, also known as Chondrolia, is a select olive variety originating from the region of Amfissa in Greece. It is characterized by the large size and rich flavor of its fruits, as well as by its resistance to various climatic conditions and diseases.

Halkidiki Variety
The Halkidiki variety produces green fruits with a nipple, whose color changes as they ripen, from green to reddish-black. It is resistant to various soil conditions, preferring those with moderate moisture and pH 7–8. It produces olives ideal for the table due to their large size, rich flesh, and flavor, which is slightly spicy and aromatic, without oiliness.

Megaritiki Variety (Megara)
The Megaritiki olive, also known as Megaron or Megaritiki, is a medium-sized olive variety, suitable both for oil production and for consumption as a table olive. The tree is small in size with long, pointed leaves, while its fruit resembles the Koroneiki variety but is larger. It is resistant to cold and drought and produces high-quality oil, with an oil content reaching 25% or even 30% with more intensive cultivation. In addition, the fruit is also used for the preparation of preserves, such as green cracked and black pressed olives.

Manaki Variety
The Manaki olive variety is famous for oil production and is characterized by the slow ripening of its fruits, with harvesting taking place from mid-January to early February. The trees are resistant to altitude and cold and are mainly cultivated in regions of Central Greece. The variety develops well in various soils and provides good production of high-quality oil, while being resistant to climatic conditions and winds. It prefers soils with moderate pH and tolerates slightly acidic soils, while showing resistance to salinity.
